Mitchell has five years of dedicated insurance industry service. He spent four years in the underwriting space as an underwriting support specialist where heavy machinery was a focus. This allowed him to refine his skills in data analysis and process optimization. After transitioned into the commercial broking space in 2023, Mitchell is keen to enhance his ability to tailor insurance solutions for commercial and domestic clients, ensuring their specific needs are being met with care and expertise.

Mitchell believes that building and maintaining relationships is the key to his role and as part of that, he particularly enjoys spending time on the road visiting clients.
